2007 NEWMAR cypress fifth wheel 35rbck bunkhouse.  I am original owner,  ordered new and picked up in July 2006.  Stackable washer/dryer.  Tub shower,  bunks,  3slides,  tons of storage,  no damage.  I HAVE ALWAYS STORED INDOORS!  WASHED AND WAXED BEFORE STORAGE!  Excellent condition condition.  HIGH QUALITY UNIT.  Will be open to delivery for agreed upon fee.....depending on distance.  50amp service.  1 ac unit.  Rear left corner has scuff/scratch from lightly bumping wooden fence post--no cracks or holes.  Dual axle.  Mor ryde king pin.  Selling due to kids getting older and busier with jobs/college so not used as before.
