This was custom built last year from the guy we bought it from. Would have perfect for me single but got boyfriend so now we need something bigger for our family. 
The inside is not finished but we have still used it to camp it fits queen size foam mattress that you keep in there if you purchase and is comfortable for two grown adults.
On the back it has an A/C yes it works. burners you can hook up to propane tank. drawer for utensils, pantry, and sink you can hook up to water.
This is great frame for someone who doesn't mind putting in some cosmetic/woodwork into this. We just don't have time. Right now it is functional just not the prettiest.

We call it the Happy Camper because of the paint job. In Kansas we didn't have to tag it cause it's small enough. Don't know if this will be the case in any other states.
