Here am selling my beloved Van. As dififciult as it is the time has come. Below will include comprehensive description of this sale. For serious enquiries im willing to drive interstate for delivery and make almost any requested modification to the van.

During my ownership have put heart and soul into this van to almost entirely restore the vehicle inside and out (as thought would own this van for many years). For this sale offer the answers to any questions and concerns. As well as full support and referals to VW Turbo Disel experts, support on where to source internal components and fabric replacments and how to troubleshoot any issues with the van.

I have replaced most parts of the engine, rebuilt and replaced the solar system, reparied internal materials and fabrics. After all this can say with confidence that the van Is in great condition.

REASON FOR SELLING:

I am looking to upgrade mself to full sized motorhome to live permanantly on the road.

INTERNAL BUILD:

The Van comes with cabinets and two very long 130kg rated drawers underneath the bed that extend 1.5 metres out the back. Enough storage to fit almost all my possesions, food and water.

The bed folds into seats with certified seatbelts to take up to people (4 total). It is made from custom foam and is more comfortable than my bed at home. The sleeping capacity is three people but is better for two.

This Van has Wifi and recieves reception from most parts of Australia.

The Van comes with pop top which allows standing room when completely extended. This also serves the purpose of cooling the van in summer.

This Van has sink, pump power tap with an approx. 40L water tank and anti theft safe bolted to the floor.

150 watt solar system with one battery for the engine and one deep cycle batttery for the mains.

Deep Blue and/or Calm yellow lighting for different moods or needs.

EXTERNAL AND ENGINE:

The van comes with slide on annex with poles and ropes included.

The body is in great condition and the previous owner had resprayed the vehicle. During my ownership there were small pockets of rust which were addressed quickly and deeply with grinding, acid treatment, primer, paint and clear coat.

I cannot find any rust whatsoever after thorough searching. Currently, the body is in great condition.

The pop top is aging and the fibreglass has warped ever so slightly but has many more years left in it. have performed some resealing where nessecary and currently the pop top has no signs of leakage.

The engine is incredibly fuel effecient (I have done Brisbane to Sydney on one tank) but also has had huge amount of replacments and work done to it as was intent on bringing the engine to working order (believing would keep the van for more than years).

Here are some of the main replacements (A full service history and mechanical receipts is avaliable on request):

- Fuel injectors

- Turbo reconditioned

- Radiator

- Brake Pads and Rotors

- Timing Belts

- Pedal box reinforced and rewelded.

- Vaccum Pump Assembly

- Timing belt tensioner

That is all the notable mechanical work but on top of this there has been full service and check up of the van every 10,000 KM's.

The Engine has been opened up completely on multiple occasions which has given mechanics chance to check on all parts of the van.

The only few notable issues with the van is that with its old age it blows partial amounts of black smoke under heavy throttle which is common with all diesel engines of this age, it has been checked out and is not issue. predict that the glow plugs will be needing replacment within 12-24 months and that the next major replacement would be the clutch in between 24-60 months.
