Double bunks at the front and converting couch at the rear.Most of the photos on the ad are from the original owner of the same caravan who still has some of the same units for sale. The photo of the van behind the Scania crane and the one of it on site in caravan park is the actual van while we are using it, all the other photos are from the other guys ad.We bought the van down from Qld as worksite accomodation van. We have decked it out with set of double bunks at one end and converting lounge at the other which is great as it gives your workers more personal space.The centre of the van has massive kitchen area which is great as it easy to prepare decent meals so you spend less on the guys slinking off to the pub. Has 3/4 size fridge and freezer. The small fridge in the photo has been removed but you can have that too if you want it.We are not using it enough and now have trailer so need the truck to tow that. This thing is big. It has ATM 4490, Dimensions 3120 Height, 2420 Width, 7600 Length of Box, 2000 Length of Drawbar. It has pintle hitch and air brakes. From other ads see it can be set up with towball. The specs see it just fit into standard caravan requirements for Victorian registration.Currently the van is located in our shed at Swan Hill but as mentioned we can deliver if necessary. Price is only little negotiable as we don't need to use it much for it to keep paying for itself. We are looking for outright sale but would also consider trade for smaller car towable van.From what have been able to work out these vans were originally government medical (or dental or something) vans used in the outback. It even has pintle hook and air connections on the back so you can tow another van behind it. It also has rear roller which assume is for easy loading onto truck. We have never used these things, we just tow it behind our truck.You can see by the weight that this thing is built super strong. You won't tow it behind Falcon but behind truck you don't know it is there as it travels perfect. Perfect for our kind of use or as the ultimate offroad van. Makes all the others look like flimsy tin boxes.
