We purchased this van year ago to replace ours which was damaged in an accident.
Its 26ft 1975 Viscount caravan in good condition which weighed in 2.1 unloaded after we restored it to rego status. Dual axle and doors, new locks. One of the reasons we brought it was because the roof has been resealed by previous owner very well and has proven so. Some window seals have been done by us but more are needed. We've done as much as we can but with children living in the van, we can't finish her interior, so she's up for sale and would suit someone looking to make her permanent home somewhere. Her weight makes her not such great travelling van.

A family of has been living comfortably in this caravan which includes queen sized bed, raised for extra storage capacity (and medical reasons)A fold down table has been built in at the end of the queen bed and 5kg washing machine installed and shelving added above it.The queen bed end room has been insulated with wool and repanelled after wardrobe removal.A 4th single bed was built in over the dining area with safety rail and ladder.The gas burner stove and oven works and is in excellent condition. The way fridge works but needs re-gassing sooner than later
Undercarriage was wire brushed and painted incl rust converter, new pull down legs, power-points added on outside, brand new breakaway system installed, gas rings on draw-bar, pole carrier, All clearance and indicator lights replaced and plate light installed at current correct requirements.Rear brake drums replaced. This caravan passed NSW rego 2018, but is sold without rego, this caravan CAN be towed (on permit)

 We had the Annex custom made years ago, it has extra depth than standard and ropes sewn in for easy threading and removal through the tracks.The Annex has extra large doors, anti mold material on ends, unfortunately there is one 10cm slash recently added by our yr old, eyelets added all around the bottom, handmade carry bags, poles and ropes supplied but some new ropes needing replacing.
Negatives:Dent on right hand back, original hot water system and aircon still installed but need replacing.Cracks in bathroom floor.door hinges need replacing.Staining and few soft spots around interior ceiling from past water damage.Window damage


This caravan was written off due to window damage few months ago. A storm blew out and cracked some of the windows and ripped the metal awning off.Due to the vans age replacing them was not in their best interest.
She is old but solid, we made good start fixing her up but due to age their few little things needed but regardless is still functional and livable.
