22 foot Off Road Country 5th Wheeler Caravan, custom built by Coota Campers.  Dual axle independent airbag suspension, with in house compressor.  Fitted with rooftop air conditioner as well as diesel heater.  Four burner gas stove with oven and grill.  It has gas hot water system, microwave and 230 litre  two door compressor fridge/freezer.  Queen bed at front with shaped lounge at rear, which can sleep one person.Conia television with inbuilt DVD player is mounted on swivel wall mounted bracket.  The television is serviced by windup Wynegard antenna.  Also fitted with Dometic 8300 4.3 metre rollout awning with mesh privacy screens. Bathroom consists of cassette toilet, vanity and shower. It has two 200 litre freshwater tanks, interconnected with separate fillers.  One 70 litre grey water tank for waste water.  Large storage area at front which houses top loader washing machine.  The electrics consist of 160 watt solar panel feeding two 110 amp/hr in house AGM batteries.  25 amp CTek smart charger supports the solar panel.  Front liftoff legs are operated by 12 volt motors, as well as manually.  Each corner of the van's height can be adjusted separately to allow the van to be levelled without the use of ramps.  Six storage boxes shown in photos on tray of Landcruiser are part of sale.  On storage box is fitted with fridge slide which can carry 60 litre Engel fridge.
