Up for auction is Viscount Valiant 19ft tandem Caravan with canvas annex in excellent condition. 19ft is actual length of van body, with drawbar is about 23ft.Unsure of age but probably 80's caravan.

Caravan was purchased over years ago with intention of refurbishing, unfortunately have no time and other projects so it has to go.Has been in shed undercover for the entire time have had it. Previous owner did say it had no leaks when bought it.
Caravan is solid. Drawbar and chassis have no sign of rust or damage. Tows very well. 
Outside of van in pretty good condition for age. Has few dings and small patch-ups but all cosmetic. All window glass good and not broken.
Some interior has been partly removed by previous owner, including bed, table and seating. Previous owner used as bedroom.All wall, floor and roof linings are intact and painted white. Overhead and other cupboards are ok, also still has sink. Would be reasonably easy refurb or set up how you want.
Canvas annex is in excellent condition, had it made, so pretty good quality annex. These are pretty expensive to buy. Only issue with annex is, unfortunately, the canvas guy stuffed up and made it foot too short in length, meaning it doesnt go completely to rear of van.Also has screw together door frame front, with entry door included in the sale if you want it.
Van has no rego. Will need VicRoads slip to tow away, under $50 think. Tyres are old and ordinary one one side. towed it 70km here without any trouble but tyres have deteriorated bit since. I will replace with decent second hand tyres if Buy It Now price paid.
Only real bad points are just cosmetic stuff and probably needs bit of TLC, or maintenance. Unsure of lighting, plumbing, electrical condition in van, would probably need check.
Generally its pretty good van and annex, and would make perfect family van for someone bit handy, for under $5000.
