Great for the country block or extra bedroom in the back yard.This van was on site for many years and is located in Mulwala NSW. The window seals are worn but most windows open and close. The van as far as i'm aware is water proof, the extra canopy that is mounted to the roof keeps the rain and heat of the van. There is revise cycle air con that works fantastically. Gas needs to be ran to the stove that has burners and oven that work perfectly. Coming with the van is the fixed annex compiling of roof panels, side panels, windows, glass sliding door and gas water heater. The van isn't  able to be towed great distance as it is in need of new tires.
