This unit is in great condition it has been in storage for years and was not used much had this was my newest and the pic is not this unit it is in better condition. It comes with the A/C equipment and bunk heater as well great value! ready to install with few basic parts it is ready to run. The unit will need to go through freight company of the buyers choosing and it will be on standard 48" by 48" pallet ready to go. This is 10,000 dollar unit new, that's what paid.
