No Reserve....Just in time for the 2017 Wildland Firefighting season. have very nice firefighting project that have been working on that is almost 100% complete, some cosmetic work still remains. For sale is fully operational 2007 Ford F450 Type-6 4x4 Wildland Initial Attack Firefighting Unit. Only 102,900 original Miles, V10 Triton engine, these will easily go 200,000 miles with routine maintenance, speed manual transmission, 4x4 transfer case, manual locking hubs, AC (nice and ice cold), PS, PB, PW, AM/FM stereo, bench seat that will seat adults. Nice red exterior color, grey vinyl interior, front fog lights, rear area work/flood lights, all the glass is great. This was Washington State Dept of Natural Resources (DNR) custom built (#A1S-9100 Initial Attack) Type-6 firefighting unit that was surplussed in 2017. The aluminum "firefighting skid unit" is removable from the trucks aluminum flatbed. You remove (4) bolts and unplug (2) electrical quick connects, the firefighting unit can then be (4) point lifted off using side mounted lifting receivers, they are the round inserts that are pictured, on each side. Once off you the fire skid off you have an aluminum flatbed with stake receivers for other mission or organizational requirements. 250 gallon fiberglass water tank, rear mounted mini pump control panel that DNR installed. (2) under bed storage tubes for 10' sections of drafting hose, 20' total. added the electric start Yanmar (L100AE) Diesel fire pump engine with Homelite centrifugal 200 gpm fire pump (Pump casting 47368, HN 2610003, P2.5), exhaust primer. The diesel Yanmar fire pump is also portable/removable from the firefighting skid unit, just disconnect the water tank supply line at the clamp, disconnect the discharge line and turn the quarter turn intake valve to the draft position. The "486" hrs on the mini pump panel are associated with the pump engine that DNR removed from this unit at the time of surplus. The diesel Yanmar homelite fire pump bought has less that 100 hrs on it. Robwen's foam system, Hannay electric live reel with 100' of redline, (2) fuel cans in secure brackets, (2) drip torch brackets, (1) rear battery box, flip down rear access step for upper fire skid unit access, storage basket with step is located above water tank. (2) DNR Custom built aluminum dual door storage cabinets, one on each side of the truck. (1) aluminum door is missing on the passengers side cabinet. (1) DNR custom aluminum forward thru compartment that has dual locking baskets on the top. replaced the drivers door, the drivers door "B post" and drivers side "thru cabinet" has some damage that's visible in the pictures, both doors still open, close and lock, 19.5" traction tires that have 60%+ remaining, spare 19.5" tire is also included. This is $22,000 firefighting unit with the damage repaired to the drivers side, **Clear Washington State Title**. This no reserve auction has starting price of $11,999.
