We have owned and worked this truck since 2014. This truck is in excellent mechanical shape and is ready to be put straight to work today. We try to take excellent care of our equipment and do not skip on repairs. If it needs something, it gets it and we always try to use reputable shops if the repairs are something we cant do ourselves. This is not used sales lot truck with lipstick smeared all over it, how you see it is how we kept the truck and it's in its work clothes. We run local and don't run many miles year and the past years or so we have got good deal on outside trucking and get 90% of our stuff hauled for us. had no intentions of getting rid of this truck because its next to impossible to come across pre emission daycab set up like this with the low miles and not worn slap into the ground, but the truck has been sitting more than its used recently, so Ive decided to put it up for sale.
Its 2005 Freightliner Columbia, 502,832 original miles, 14 liter Series 60 Detroit 515HP, Jakes, 13 speed, cold a/c, p/w, air ride, power mirrors "they have never worked", 11R24.5 rubber on aluminum wheels, 12k front axle, 40k rears, has been well maintained and have over $23,000.00 of recipes from the last 15,000 miles or so. The truck drives straight down the road, steering is tight, rubber is excellent, engine runs good with good oil pressure, runs cool, no major oil leaks, does not smoke but has the normal series 60 blowby. Its had it ever since we have owned the truck and has not gotten any worse, we have run it approx. 110-120k since we've owned it. The transmission shifts tight with no issues, brakes and drums are in good shape, rears are in good shape, all lights work, everything is mechanically sound. The truck has not been run in any salt or up north. The truck was in Arizona all its life before bought it and we only run within 100 miles of the house and don't run in the snow. The frame is rust free with no corrosion.  The interior of the truck is clean, but has the typical Freightliner Columbia dash Cracks and some of the color is flaking off the dash. You will see this in the pictures. The paint has good appearance, but the clear coat has started pealing off the top of the hood over the past couple of years. Here is list of all the repairs we have done over the past couple of years that have kept up with. sure there are more that have forgot about

I know we put new air dryer on it also not long ago, but cant find the papers on that one.

Here is the few mechanical things know the truck needs. The drivers door need the linkage adjusted on it for the handle to open it from inside the cab. To open from the inside, you have to lift up on the arm rest little to make it open. The radio does not work.If you let the truck sit for few days without running it, it will drain the batteries. I don't know what's causing it, but always pull the hot cable off if were not going to be running it. If you run it everyday, you never have to pull it off.
This truck is mechanically sound and can be put straight to work today. Ive tried to list all the good and bad about it so you know exactly what you are looking at and the truck will be just as I described it when you get here. tell it like it is when sell an item, I don't hide anything, don't tell lies about it to make sale, and will tell you everything know about it, it its what it is. The truck is still licensed and insured and will continue to work it if need to run it. If you have any questions, feel free to message me.
