Here is well maintained Ford E350 Box truck with 16' box.  This truck has been used on daily basis is runs great for the age!  The common question is then, why are we selling it?  About month ago, this truck was stolen and we were forced purchase new van.  About weeks later, this truck was recovered and now we have trucks.  There is ramp that is stowed away under the box.
Repairs over the past year include timing chain and guides, water pump(when the timing chain was off), transmission cylinder pack (Shifts great now!), serpentine belt and idler pulley, catalytic converter replacement, of the ignition coils (the last will likely need to be replaced +/- $150 each as they tend to go out after 200K miles), complete replacement of front end bushings and suspension components to get it steering straight and tight again.  We regularly change the oil every 3000-4000 miles.  The Air Conditioning blows very cold.  This truck does not leak oil.  
Known issues include needing replacement driver-side mirror and needing new door lock cylinder.  The passenger side of the box has some tagging marks. Other than that, have no problem letting you know that this is solid truck!
