For sale is 2018 Heartland Big Country 4011 ERD luxury fifth wheel trailer. Trailer is 42 feet long, with slide outs, GVWR 16,000 and dry weight of 14,164 Lb. This trailer was nicely optioned and features large living area with Fireplace, large TV, two sofa beds and two recliners. Trailer has point self leveling system, electric awnings with LED lighting, trim less windows, real wood interior and much more. Kitchen with large residential double refrigerator and solid counter-tops. Master suite with walk-around King bed, Its own TV, Large walk in closet. The full bathroom has spacious shower with glass door and skylight. Please look at over 250 pictures bellow.  
The trailer has Texas Salvage Title due to being in flood. Water level was approximately one foot in to the main floor area.  It was fresh water and it was not in the water for long time.  All of the floor is solid with no soft spots, We did not remove the underbelly. There was no water in the upper living area and bedroom area. Trailer was towed from Texas to California and is road worthy, Trailer is now located in Rocklin California. Trailer does not have wet or moldy smell. Everything on the trailer was tested and works.
