the exterior as you can see is in great condition. paint is in great shape.  there is small scuff on the back left side(see pictures).  does not seem to effect the structural integrity of this camper.   the graphics show very nicely (as shown in pictures and video). the roof in in great shape with no sign of past or current water leaks.  the tires as shown have plenty of tread left on them.  the landing gear works with no issues.  the power awning is great shape with no rips or tears and is completely functional. the outdoor speakers need to be replaced they sound blown.  the leveling jacks but they are in good shape and functioning.  the outside of this limited production tow hauler has great color scheme and shows very well. 
the interior of this camper is gorgeous.  this beauty is packed with plenty of options.  with the dinette dropped down and the sofa unfolded this trailer is set up to sleep 6.  all the leather upholstery is in great shape.  the vinyl wood grain floor and carpet looks great,  just an absolute beautiful lay out.  to keep you entertained on those rainy days, it comes with am/fm cd player and hook up for  flat screen.  when you need snack the full service kitchen will supply all your needs. all in complete working order, the microwave, burner stove, and oven are all in working order.  to keep your food and beer cold. the full size fridge and freezer is in working order and runs on either electric or gas power.   the large sink is nice option the water system is in working order.  the full bath is really nice and works great when you wanna take hot shower after day in the sun.  the shower does need the wand replaced as seen in photos. the master bedroom is spacious and has plenty of storage for clothes,  mattress is in great shape.  and finally to control the climate the digital thermostat controls the central heat and overhead air conditioning with no issues.   it is just wonderful environment to be in and has plenty of space when the slide is open for any family on vacation.  the large storage area in back can handle almost all your hauling needs and the power drop down queen size bed is in great shape.
i personally used this camper this past weekend after shooting the video as stated and it was an absolute pleasure to be in and entertain.
