For sale is 2016 Recreation By Design Monte Carlo Platinum Edition Signature Series Travel Trailer. Trailer is set up for full time living, with large 36 inch entry door, residential fridge, toilet, water heater and stove. It is 40 feet long, with slide outs and GVWR 18,000. This trailer features large living area with TV area,  space for two large sofas and fire place. Trailer has electric awning with LED lighting, wood interior and much more. Master suite with walk-around Queen bed, Its own TV area, Large closet. The full bathroom has spacious shower/tub with glass door and laundry washer and dryer. Please look at over 150 pictures bellow.  
The trailer has Texas Salvage Title due to water damage. It appears that something spelled on the dining area floor and vinyl was pulled up. We bought the trailer from insurance company with damaged vinyl please see last few pictures of the floor before the repairs. Everything was repaired, all of the floors are solid with no soft spots and no apparent water damage. Trailer was towed from Texas and is road worthy, Trailer is for sale by dealer, is now located in Rocklin California. Trailer does not have wet or moldy smell. Everything on the trailer was tested and works. Carpet will be professionally cleaned  before delivery.
