Here is all the maneuverability  of 5th wheel but much lighter weight   .This bank repo could be quite bargain Condition report says water system has been winterized It has been sitting over the winter We plugged it in and all the electrical  things seem to be in working order AC blows cold microwave and refrigerator came on We tried the heat the fan and system came on and ran but we did not have it hooked up to gas

The interior as you can see by the pictures looks good .there are some streaks on the upper walls dont know what it is from (see pictures and video) this unit will need good clean upTop of sofa shows some wear,but all in all looks pretty good for what it is The outside of the RV also looks good  as you can see by the pictures as well there ,might  be few  small scratches and nicks  that you would have to get up close to see ,there are some scrapes in the front (again see pictures and video).Tires are in good shape (see pictures they are not new, but we pulled it about 90 miles  and handles well no problems
