Essentially queen bed on wheels with rudimentary kitchen in the back. Good for rapid travel if you want to avoid paying >$150 night for hotel on long trip. Trailer will let you sleep anywhere without having to unhitch. With an electric hookup, you can make your breakfast in the morning and hit the road. It also has good ground clearance so it can follow you on dirt tracks into the woods. We have taken this trailer to the Northeast and to the Florida Keys. It tows very well without compromising gas mileage more than 2-3 mpg (Ford Flex; your mileage may vary). It has been towed through tropical storm without leaking.

The camper was rebuilt on teardrop frame by an Iowa craftsman. He used marine plywood for the body and covered it with elastomeric roofing material. He put small sink in the kitchen; potentially buyer could install water tank to go with it. Storage space for kitchen gear and ice chest in the back; more storage under bed. portable toilet is included, as pictured.

Tow vehicle should have rated towing capacity of at least 2000 pounds. 2" ball on insert for 2" receiver can be included.
