There are awnings over each slide out and the main awning powers out and in.I have kept a close eye on the roof condition and have renewed the joint sealer as needed.There are no leaks. We replaced the mattress with a better quality full queen model. This unit came with all the standard appliances and every thing is in good working order including the air conditioner, gas or electric hot water heater, gas or electric refrigerator,etc. We have kept everything clean and in good working order. UVW (unloaded vehicle weight)=5845 lbs. Dry hitch weight=879 lbs. GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) 7500 lbs. Could be pulled with a half ton truck I suppose.Also included: One Tailgater satellite automatic antenna, one 4 wheel 25 gallon sewage tote and one fifth wheel hitch. All in good condition.”

This is moderately used fifth wheel camper with chrome wheels and nearly new tires.
It is very clean and well maintained.It is light weight and relatively easy to pull.
The bedroom bed is aftermarket and of better quality than the original.The couch pulls out to make full size bed and the booth also makes small bed.
