2007 Chevy 6.0L Gas Four Winds Chateau Class 31ft. Motorhome. DUAL SLIDE OUTS! Very Clean with only 29,000 miles. am the single owner of this unit and have kept it in tip top shape over the years. It has unique floor plan with an offset hallway leading back to the master bedroom and bath. One slide out is located in the main living area and the other is in the bedroom. Dual door bathroom with one door leading into main hallway and other into the master. The kitchen has nice cherry finished cabinets. It sleeps which includes two people "up top", two in the master, two smaller people on the diner bed, and one on the sofa fold down. 6.0L Chevy Gas Engine makes maintenance very common and simple. It has two new front tires and is clean and well kept on the inside and outside. Plenty of storage and an outdoor facet/shower included. The generator is Generac gas powered off the main fuel tank which hold 57 gallons.This unit was STORED INDOORS EVERY WINTER. Perfect RV for the money.
