 *First, want to say that this is turned key, take it any where you want to go after purchase. No surprises!
 *Although it looks in very good condition, it is used, please don’t expect to be new. 
 *The history of this RV: first buyer purchased it in 2009, that was when it was first registered. RV was only put to use then. have listed VIN for you to see clean car fax report, although it states 2005 on Carfax but can surely say that title states 2006. Don’t know why it’s like that. purchased the RV from an elderly couple, the husband had arthritis and it was difficult to keep driving. Wife and decided to take on this new adventurous and relaxing world, but unfortunately, it has been little more than we can handle or we can better say we don’t have the spare time to be on the road yet, Although it’s fun and kids love it! 
 *Recent maintenance done to it; oil and filter changed on both engine and generator.
 *Generator is Onan 7500 diesel, runs very quiet and it is in great shape. And it feeds from RV 90 gallon diesel tank. Very economic.
 *RV has also 50 gallon propane tank.
 *Tires are pretty much new, I’d say 90/100. No cracking and funny noises. 
 *The AC in the dash is weak and could use free-on boost. But never worry about that as we use the main RV ac unit which makes snow in there lol 
 *RV has air brakes and air suspension. It appears the float on the road, so smooth!
 *It has back up camera to better assist in towing or if you just like to keep look what’s behind. 
*I have all the original manuals to go with new owner.
NEEDS ATTENTION: One of the leveling jacks works normally and lift up motorhome and doesn't give way, but tends to get stock midway when raise back up. It needs service or lube. usually pry it up and it returns to standard position.
