The trailer is 2005 Forest River Cardinal. It is 28 footlong and has: refrigerator, three burner stove, microwave vent hoodcombination, double sink,  6 gallon waterheater and furnace and cold air conditioner all in excellent condition. Everyunit has been fully tested and is in good, working condition as of 5/16/17. Itfeatures large slide out with both fold-out couch and dining room sliding outto give great space to live in. It sleeps four comfortably. have removedthe dinette that is typical in most trailers and have replaced it with tableand four chairs and replaced the standard vent fan in the bath with a"fantastic fan", which is super quiet. have also upgraded the worncarpet and linoleum with laminate flooring. It is as clean inside as it isoutside and can provide additional pictures if you would like. Check NADAprices I'll let it go for $8,000 cash. It is as good as anything you'll EVERfind at dealer.
