CONDITION: This coach has minimal damage! To be near perfect, it needs the fridge replaced, two ceiling panels replaced (these can be bought from RV Parts Nation for couple hundred dollars), and then new fridge grate on the outside and minimal paint work. The exterior roof is not damaged (we replaced the roof top fridge vent that was barely distorted from the heat), there is not any wiring damage, everything in this coach works perfect. There is not any smoke or soot damage in side the coach as the fire was contained behind the fridge and was put out quickly. Please see pictures below. This coach RUNS AND DRIVES perfect and can easily be driven to anywhere in the country and camp on your way home! This coach is well built coach by company still in business! As you enter the coach through the bus style entry door, you are at the dash area. The dash and front leather seat are in perfect condition. Overhead are some cabinets and large updated LCD TELEVISION. Behind the seats, on your right is large slideout. It houses large Lounger cough followed by the dinette table that makes to bed. The couch in this area does show some wear on it. Back to your left is the next slide out that has large couch that makes into bed followed by the kitchen area. The counter is all solid surface and all the cabinets are Cherry! This coach has range/cooktop as well as microwave! The flooring in the kitchen is laminate tile look, there is dark mark on it where the slide out roller has ridden on it. Past the kitchen on your right is the fridge area which is where the fire was contained. Again, none of the 'face' of the wood or anything is damaged on this area.
As you step into the middle of the coach, on your left is private commode room. This area is roomy and has sink and the counters are also solid surface. Back to your right is large shower!
As you step towards the back of the coach, on your right is another slide out that houses the queen sized bed. Back to your left is another vanity area and large cabinet array with tons of storage. Along the back of the coach is another LCD TV, as well as large sliding door closet with mirrors, and the COMBO Washer/Dryer unit!! There is large stain in the carpet in the bedroom area, we tried cleaning it, it was very soapy, we think it was laundry detergent that spilled and ended up leaving stain. This coach has lots of storage and cabinets throughout! It has DOUBLE roof a/c units! The basement is HUGE as expected in bus like this! The generator runs perfect and all systems have been tested and everything works! This coach has Cherry cabinets throughout. This coach has some day/night shades, but there are some missing! There are some in the basement that has the 'cords' broken. Sometimes these do break and can be redone with new cords. This is great coach ready for your ride home! This coach runs/drives PERFECT. This coach has TONS of storage and very LARGE basement!! The exterior of the coach looks great aside from the minor damage right at the fridge grate and there is some small scrapes in the left rear corner of the fiberglass cap that you can see in the pictures, we would rate the outside 8+ out of 10 aside from this damage! The interior of this coach looks great aside from what was mentioned above. We easily rate the inside 7+ our of 10!
