This is Airstream Westfalia #229 out of 250 that were sold here in North America. 
Outstanding condition inside and out, Only 107,500 miles, Koni shock upgrade, rear air bag suspension assist (small bicycle pump will adjust it depending on load), BFG all terrain KO tires (load range 10 ply) on mercedes oem sprinter steel wheels, (the four OEM alloy wheels with old tires are included), custom bolt on ranch hand grill guard (it is removable if you want it off), turbo resonator upgrade, Espar heater high altitude kit (remote dash switch and wiring was not installed but is included), rebuilt kerstner rooftop ac motor, problematic kissling relay replaced with manual blue seas switch (for manually switching roof air conditioner from AC current to DC current), 2016 Optima Blue cabin batteries, 2016 Napa Premium coach battery, fantastic fan in bathroom, generator has 260 hrs, glow plugs and serpentine belt have been changed, 2016 new oem bosch alternator. All original manuals and service records since new. This vehicle has been stored indoors for most of its life.
The custom cargo basket with bike platform rack allows the rear doors to be opened when bikes are loaded.  The bike rack is removable from the cargo basket, and of course the cargo basket is removable as well.  There is also two bike rack on the spare tire. Everything has locks.  There is also trailer brake controller and color backup camera. And 800 watt power inverter for charging laptops while traveling.  All the original manuals and papers from the modifications are included as well.  A wall mounted thermostat was added to allow roof AC temperature settings to be adjusted while in the upper bunk. 
The cylinder turbo diesel is one of the most reliable engine Mercedes has ever made and this Westy travels comfortably at 75 mph....and at 70 mph up most interstate hills.  Mechanically it is better than new and has been meticulously maintained.  The suspension mods and wheels and tires make this handle and drive levels better than stock.
Everything works as it should...Roof AC works, skylight works, cabin heat works, frig, microwave, water heater...this Westy is ready for it's new owner to take it traveling. 
The main flaw is the side awning window exterior pane is cracked and is covered with clear vinyl commercial grade sticker (to prevent crack from extending). The window does have the typical small leak when parked outside during heavy rains. small towel layed across the window sill takes care of it. Some Westy owners have removed the awning window and installed fixed sprinter van window but preferred to keep the oem awning window even with the crack and the small leak.  There is known problem with the glow plug controller on these cylinder engines and occasionally the indicator warning light comes on...it has absolutely no effect on performance or reliability, it just indicates that one of the glow plugs WAS bad in the past (all have been replaced and are good now). Photo of dash shows engine idling with no indicator lights on, but occasionally the check engine light comes on as stated above. The sprinter forums have lot of info on that if it concerns you, it is very common.The driver's side cosmetic black louvers have the typical small cracks as shown in the photo above. Some Westy owners have filled the cracks with silicone and painted the louvers with Rhino lining, others have removed the louvers and painted the panel below silver. These louvers are only cosmetic and there is an uncut factory Sprinter van window panel beneath so the small cracks have no detrimental effect.  
We bought this from the original owner in 2009 with 50000 miles, then sold it to friend of mine in 2012, and we bought it back from him in 2015.  It is in excellent condition and the seats and bedding are near perfect (always used sheets on bedding).  No smoking, no pets, no odors, no stains.
