Gorgeous 2004 Chinook Eagle 2100 LT with only 24,700 miles being offered for sale at NO RESERVE!  To say that this coach is clean is an understatement, garage kept, with purchase/maintenance history from day 1.  Ford Triton 6.8 V-10, Automatic/Overdrive Transmission, Twin I-Beam suspension, Full body paint (Olympic paint upgrade from factory) so no decals to fade and peel, Air-cooled "Guardian by Generac" 3600 watt Generator w/21 hours, Power rear step, new Michelin tires in 2015, new high upgraded "Optima AGM" coach and main batteries in late 2016.  This coach looks beautiful, drives like new...acts like new...very tight and responsive (I have driven few other class vans that didn't have the dual rear wheels, and for all of the air suspension/shock upgrades, steering stabilizers, etc- some of them STILL handle like the Queen Mary in my opinion) and this Chinook is a far superior driving experience.  It also has "Flex-steel" captains chairs that are SO comfy and have support in all the right places.  This Chinook has the one piece fiberglass body that they're famous for, fully reinforced, so no seams to worry about in the future. It also has double laminated fiberglass inner roof with foam insulation and space-saving rear-entry door with screen. The top is as shiny as the rest of this unit (see pic of roof) as it has spent most of its life in garage and has such low mileage.  All original snap in privacy curtains, and beautiful window treatments with pull down pleated shades. The owner believed in covering everything so we took off his counter-top covers, carpeting cover, and his seat covers to discover the fabrics looked like new... carpet looks like new too! Power windows, Ice Cold AC, both dash and coach work perfect!  Back-up camera, Stereo with CD player, TV/Digital receiver, cruise control, tilt...etc.    I believe that EVERY single document has been saved since new; seriously, I've never come across such organized paperwork/books/manuals and maintenance records, if only more folks kept things this well organized.  It was just professionally serviced and put away for the season in October...so it is ready for the open road when you are.  Everything is in perfect working order, has all of the conveniences with super comfortable sofa and dinette table, 2-burner cook-top, range-hood with light/fan, microwave, double-basin kitchen sink, etc.  The sofa and dinette fold together to make HUGE bed, pics do NOT do it justice, it measures 66" 84"!!  The Norcold 2-way refrigerator has plenty of room and large freezer as well.  This is VERY sharp looking RV that gets lot of attention and compliments.  Looks and drives like much newer rig.  Purchased new in late 2005 at "La Mesa RV" in San Bernardino, CA and has spent most of its life in CA and AZ (went to MN for 1-2 years, but was always garaged and NEVER saw Winter there) have several pictures of the undercarriage and would be happy to email them to you, this is dry climate coach and when was taking pictures underneath, noticed it still had few of the factory paper/plastic tags in place.  Chinook builds quality coach, she's beauty, well laid out and very comfortable, and I'm an "Airstream snob" so have pretty high standards, this impresses me, and if you're not familiar with Chinook, do some research- then come see/drive it in person if you can, you'll see what mean.  ***** PLEASE LOOK AT the LAST PICTURE in this listing and if you, or anyone you know happens to be in the market for an AMAZING TINY HOUSE, CHECK OUT the listing (you can click on seller's other items at the top right of this page), it is also FOR SALE NOW on EBAY with NO RESERVE, it is SO cool, high-end, granite, hickory, huge shower with jets, etc.  Even if you're not in the market for tiny house, you HAVE to SEE this one- coolest thing EVER!! *****  Yeah, I'm pretty proud of it )  The Chinook "Eagle 2100" production/sales started in 2005, and this was sold at La Mesa RV as 2005 model, every document and disclosure from the purchase states 2005, and if you look it up on NADA, there won't be 2004 model.  In CA and AZ they go on the VIN number of the chassis on any RV, the chassis came from Ford in 2004 and was finished by Chinook in 2005 and sold as 2005, but because of the chassis VIN am listing it as 2004 because that's what it says on the title. The following are factory specs taken directly from Chinook literature:    Exterior Height:  10'4" (with A/C), Interior Height: 6'3", Exterior Width: 7'8", Length: 21'4", UVW (unloaded vehicle weight): 8950lbs, GVWR:10,700lbs, NCC (net carrying capacity):1750lbs, GCWR (gross combination weight rating): 18,500lbs, Fuel capacity: 37gal, Fresh Water: 32gal, Water heater: 6gal, Grey water: 35gal, Black water: 15gal, Refrigerator: 5.5 cuft, Furnace: 12000BTU/HR, Range: 2-burner LP cooktop, Lighting: 12/110V systems, Converter: 45Amp, Sofa sleeper: 72x50, Dinette: 68x36.  These are only factory specs for multiple units, and may vary slightly according to the Chinook site.*** Please feel free to contact me any time if you need any additional info, would like to come and see the coach, or just have questions: 520-404-1975 cell. (Heather Anderson) am licensed/bonded AZ auto dealer... NOT by choice, but because here in the great state of AZ if you buy/sell more than vehicles (of any kind) in any 12 month period, you have to get license. am in real estate, but also classic car and Airstream nut, also have ranch, horses, trailers, etc... let's just say bought and sold few too many for the state's liking, and due to the fact that they need revenue desperately- they decided to fine me when sold few more that what I'm "allowed", long story short- jumped through all of their hoops and got my license. Full payment is due within days of the auction's end, and the coach must be picked up within 15 days of payment (unless other arrangements have been made). Certified funds, cash in person or bank wire-transfer only. Payments MUST clear before the RV leaves my sight. There are no "title fees" or "doc fees" like the typical dealers have because as far as can tell, that's just way to get an extra couple hundred dollars from someone, here in AZ it costs me $15.00 to get temporary registration so that buyer can drive home legally and $4.00 for title, think can handle that. Please check my feedback, you'll see that don't sell very many vehicles- but do have 100% positive feedback on what have sold over the years. do NOT go to auctions and buy cars to sell, anything that have sold or will sell either belonged to me or someone that know or is "consignment" type of sale. have never liked most car dealers and am not all that thrilled to be "one of them".    *** This is USED RV and is being sold as-is/where-is with no warranty expressed or implied. This Chinook is in great condition, but please be realistic- it is not brand new coach, there will be little rock dings, and other minor imperfections from normal use, but if you're not happy with the condition of this coach- you should probably buy brand new one because this is truly one of the nicest Class B's I've seen and is in exceptionally clean condition for its age.  If you can't make it here to see it in person, please call me and can walk around it and point out any little flaws that notice, or things that may bother someone.  Again, please call me with any questions or to come see it: 520-404-1975.  I would welcome and recommend that you come see it or have 3rd party inspection. will make it available throughout the auction for any and all inspections, just call and we'll set up time. Please understand that the description is only my opinion, yours may be different, have done my best to take many pictures and describe the RV to the best of my ability. Just remember, we all tend to look better in pictures than in person- that's just the way it is. This Agreement shall be governed in all respects by the laws of the Great State of Arizona as they apply to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within Arizona between Arizona residents, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Bedding is not included and is just for illustration. *** reserve the right to end this listing at any time for any reason as the coach may be listed for sale locally as well.*** Payment methods accepted must be in the form of Certified funds, bank wire-transfer, or cash in person. Due to concerns of fraud, if you're paying via cashier's check, it must clear my account before the RV/title leaves my sight.  do NOT require any immediate deposit; DO however, require CONTACT with the buyer within 24 hours of winning the auction, just send me an email or give me call so that know who you are, etc.  If there is no contact, reserve the right to sell the coach to the next bidder.  Email through Ebay or call my cell any time at 520-404-1975.PLEASE NOTE: I do NOT send "Second Chance Offers"- if you get one, please report it to Ebay and do NOT respond. There is scam going around right now that everyone should be aware of, and it involves second chance offers. Just remember, if you get any email that "says" it's from ebay, it will be in your "Ebay messages folder", if it's not there- it's probably scam.**Taxes: Arizona Residents: Must pay Sales tax (6.1%) as we are located in Cochise County.**Any Non-Arizona Residents Using Shipping Company: Pay No sales tax. The eBay final bid price is your price, you may have to pay taxes in your home state upon registration depending on where you live, but as long as have copy of receipt/Bill of Lading from a licensed shipping company to show the state of AZ that the vehicle was picked up from me directly to be shipped out of state, you pay no tax here.**Non-Arizona (U.S) Residents Taking Delivery in Arizona: Pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute 42-5061(U), out of state buyers that take delivery in Arizona will pay sales tax according to their home state's tax rate.
