ConditionWe have clear title in hand. There is nothing that needs addressing before an extended road trip that we are aware of.  The matching Michelin tires are in great condition. of the tires are 2014 and are 2010.  The steer tires are 2014.  It has solid fiberglass roof and there are no leaks.    The latch for the locker where the batteries are located is broken, however it does latch closed.  This RV is in great condition. It runs, rides, and drives great with only 71,000 LOW MILES.  There is small spot on the exterior, right below the refrigerator that bulges out slightly and very common issue. The leveling jacks need assistance coming up. We are including floor jack to assist them.  It has been very well maintained. Systems are in great working order. This is very well built, solid motorhome. You will not be disappointed. WE encourage anyone to call with any questions, or clarifications.
