CONDITION: This coach has minimal damage to the rear cap. This coach backed into something causing damaged to the fiberglass of the rear cap only. There is damaged to both lower corners, the fiberglass is well aligned and just needs worked/primed/painted. There is also minor damage to the left upper rear cap, this fiberglass is also aligned and just needs repaired/repainted. Please see pictures below. No other damage on this coach, the rear cap is aligned well. No structure damage anywhere. This coach RUNS AND DRIVES perfect and can easily be driven to anywhere in the country and is CAMP READY! This coach is really nice inside and out!!! As you enter the coach through the bus style entry door, you are at the dash area. The dash and front leather seat are in great condition and are high end with multiple ways of adjustment. Overhead are some cabinets and flat screen LCD TV. There is also BOSE surround sound system. Behind the seats, on your right is large slideout. It houses leather sitting chair and ottoman followed by large leather dinette eating area. Back to your left is large leather couch that makes into bed followed by the kitchen area. The counter is all solid surface and all the cabinets are cherry! This area has porcelain tile throughout! There is also large four door fridge! The ceiling has rope lighting! Notice also in this area is the combo washer/dryer unit.
As you step into the middle of the coach, on your left is private commode room with sink. Back to your right is large corner shower area along with storage area. The tile extend into this area!
As you step towards the back of the coach, on your right is large vanity area! Just past this on the right is another slide out that houses the queen sized bed. Back to your left is the last slide out that houses large cabinet array with tons of storage and another flat screen TV! Along the back of the coach is more cabinets and large Sliding Door closet area! There is also rope lighting in the ceiling in the bedroom! This coach has lots of storage and cabinets throughout! It has Double roof a/c units, and has the popular HydroHot which is diesel fired furnace giving heat as well as hot water! The basement is HUGE with large doors! One of the doors on the right houses LARGE Sony flatscreen TV for outside entertainment! The generator runs perfect and all systems have been tested and everything works! This coach has cherry cabinets throughout and day/night shades throughout! This is super nice high end Newmar product that is well optioned!! This coach runs/drives PERFECT the drive line or structure was not effected in anyway. This coach has TONS of storage and very LARGE basement!! The exterior of the coach looks great aside from the doors that need simply painted, we would rate the outside 8+ out of 10 aside from the obvious damage! The interior of this coach is immaculate and we see no wear or damage anywhere and easily rate the inside 9+ our of 10! This coach was WELL taken care of!
