Up for auction is Clean 2001 Coachmen Mirada LS 31ft Class Motorhome that sleeps people. It has an Onan 4000 Micro Quiet Generator that runs great. The exterior is with with lower burgundy color with striping decals. It has an awning, 19.5" wheels with chrome simulators. The cab area has blue leather front seats with cloth inserts. The cab has stereo cassette, back up camera, front TV/DVD combo, cruise, tilt, A/C. The living room has light blue carpeting beige and blue pattern sofa jack knife with matching valances and dinette booth with drop down table. The dinette, blue cloth chair and sofa all have seat belts. The living room has cabinets with etched mirror mountains. The kitchen has vinyl flooring and the bathroom. The kitchen has the sink and countertop, burner stove/oven, microwave, vent system, wallpaper border, dometic refrigerator, and Roof A/C duo-therm brisk air. The hallway has closet and lower drawers. The door to the bathroom area is sliding accordian door. The bathroom has the shower on the left as you walk to the rear, it is stand up shower with skylight and light and has sliding privacy door. The engine is Ford 6.8L V10 with plenty of power. The structure is great, exterior sidewalls are nice and straight, interior walls and ceiling are solid. No signs of leaks, just normal use from over the years. It has some flaking on the burgundy on the front bumper clear coat. It has the power entry single step push button and manual awning.
