Video was taken before we emptied it out and put the kitchen sink/counter and fridge back into the trailer. They are not reinstalled but included with the purchase.

We gutted the inside and replaced the floors and kitchen side walls. We were basically using it as storage since our truck died so we no longer have anything to tow it with. Heating and cooling works, all electric works, kitchen cabinets and sink needs to be reinstalled. It has 2-way fridge as well that needs to be reconnected.
Mattresses for the bunks are included (not the original, they had to be tossed out). The bedroom area is large enough for king size bed and there is tons of original cabinet space. The awning works (manually) and has small cracks and holes in it. Some of the windows are hard to open and need the spring release levers need to be replaced but are very cheap and easy to install.
Heavy duty sway bar and hitch system included! It has permanent trailer plate on it as well.
