There are no leaks! The tires are in great condition. It is built on Ford 53 Chassis. It has 6.8 liter, fuel injected Triton V-10 engine. It is loaded with inside and outside storage with pass-through. The interior and exterior are extra clean and in great condition, although the carpets are faded. With large slide out this coach is comfortable enough for those extended road trips.  This coach comes complete with everything to get you started on the road. This coach has new house batteries. Condition**We have clear title in hand. There is nothing that needs addressing before an extended road trip that we are aware of. We just had it serviced. The tires are all matching Samsons and in great condition. The generator runs great and has only 427 hours. The centrally ducted roof airs blow ice cold. The aluminum roof is in great condition and there are no leaks. This RV is in great condition! It runs, rides, and drives excellent! It sold for 78,000 new. This is very well built coach and has been very well maintained. The carpets are faded.  We decided not to put new carpet in the coach because in our experience over the years it is matter of preference and most people replace with wood or vinyl.   We would like to point out that there is scratch along the bottom driver's side towards the rear (see pics).  Systems are in great working order. This RV has brand new house batteries. The coach is very straight. You will not be disappointed. If you have been looking for very long and compare this to other coaches of this year you will be pleasantly surprised by its condition.
