This is Coachman RV conversion on Ford E250 Chassis with the economical 5.4 V8 engne. This Triton V8 engine is rare option in motor home and is great feature in itself.  The overdrive transmission is equally paired with the engine and will achieve above 15 mpg consistently. This is realistic and can be better depending on driving condition and the driver habits.  The engine is smooth and powerful. The transmission shifts very smoothly and there are odd mechanical noises. It drives and handles like high quality truck. It does not feel top heavy and is very tight. It feels like brand new vehicle, the way it drives and feels. It has no mechanical issues and has no fluid leaks. The brakes are very good and the TIRES ARE BRAND NEW, purchased last week. The coach uses no oil and has just been serviced from front to back. The tires are 16" 12 ply mounted on aluminum wheels. There is one center cap missing in the pictures. have ordered pair. This will replace the missing cap and provide spare. There is also full size spare tire and wheel mounted under the rear of the coach.  
The driver area is nice an clean with no tears the the seat area that you sometimes see in vehicle from sliding in and out. The power windows all work an there are power door locks. The driver seat is power for your convenience. The instrument cluster and all gauges work as designed. There are no check engine lights at all and no warning lights or buzzers. The dash air conditioner has just been serviced and tested and works great. It will actually keep you comfortable in the rear of the coach while on the couch or booth. The passenger side seat is just as new looking and high quality as the driver. The seats are leather looking panel with high quality quilted cloth inlay The dash has NO cracks and no damage and no sun fade. The radio is Awesome!!  I just had it installed for two reasons; the old one stopped working an really wanted back up camera. First lets talk about the back up camera and screen display. The display is 7" high definition Sony. The camera is day and night camera with depth effect. This means on the screen you will see numbers and colored markers. This helps you estimate distance to the objects behind you. The screen is touch screen. You can set the back up camera to be automatic on with reverse and that is how it is set. You can also have it on all the time to use for rear view mirror. like it set on because can see the traffic behind me. This helps with lane merge. The radio itself is also great. It has AM and FM Pandora and other apps You can install navigation with map USB. It is satellite radio ready. The radio is blue tooth with voice control. You can connect your smart phone wireless. This allows you to obey the law with hands free. You can play music via blue tooth, line in, or USB. It has great quality sound and is paired with nice remote. paid over $1000 for this installed few weeks ago.  It is top quality and integrated like factory installed unit. The cruise control works like it should. All of the buttons and switches work The van always starts right up and idles smooth and never over heats and has very good oil pressure. The power mirrors are nice feature. 

The Exterior of the coach is just as it looks, NICE!  The paint itself is deep and shiny. It is obvious it has been garage kept. The sheet metal and steel are excellent and there is NO rust at all.  The striping is good. The only flaw that you will find is the clear coat over the painted brown stripes is flaking little. The fiberglass wheel up moldings are also affected the same. Minimal as it may be it is flaw non the less. WITH BUY IT NOW will pay to have this repaired at my cost before it leaves. The only ding or dent in the coach is beside the passenger side rear tail light between the door and light. It is not that noticeable. The only reason you would notice either is because the rest is almost new. These are the only know flaws. The fiberglass high rise is in great shape with no damage. The fiberglass and paint are very nice. All of the rubber and seals are very good too. The windows and windshield are all intact and the rubbers are all good. The tires have 100 miles or less now and were purchased last week.  All handles, latches, locks, valves, and compartments work properly. think have covered the outside, can't think of anything else If you do please ask.
Inside the coach...
Entering the coach from the passenger french doors you will see the back side of the sink cabinet the area between the left door and the cabinet is storage area for both modular pedestal mounted tables. Entering the coach using the right door you will see the large couch that seats to easily with seat belts. It also makes long double bed. It is clean and solid. When you take left toward the rear of the coach you will see the kitchen on the left. First is the stainless steal sink with hot and cold faucet. There is butcher block cutting board that covers the sink to make more counter top and cutting board. The gas cook top is to the left of the sink with hard metal cover that latches. When closed you will have the area for counter space. When opened you will find NEVER used burner LP cook top. When say never used mean never used. The LP system had never been used until tested it myself. had it pressure tested and the LP tank filled. This may sound insignificant but it is not. The water heater, furnace and cook top have never been used. This is very good because there will no burn out or rust. With LP appliances even the refrigerator you will find that the more they are used the quicker they need serviced, repaired or replaced. The LP system is as good as brand new. Everything works exactly as designed.   Going on you will find the refrigerator to the right of the cook top. It is very clean and very lightly used. It is "3" way This means it will work off of 12 volt DC, LP or 110 AC.  It gets good and cold just like it should. It is single door with separate freezer. Above the refrigerator you will find the built in microwave. It works while using shore power or generator. Above the microwave is TV area. There is cable antenna, 110 ac and 12 volt DC services available to hook up any type TV. Going back to the counter top, you will notice in one of the pictures there is generator remote start with hour meter, level panel, water pump switch, 12 Volt main shut off switch, DSI water heater on off switch,  and few light switches.  All of the switches work. The generator hour meter displays around 640. The Onan 2.8 generator was replaced by me with 70 hour replacement. We tried to fix the existing unit but could not figure it out, so found very good used unit of the exact make and model. little further down the hall you will find toilet with water supply It has holding tank for flushing and is connected to the fresh water system. It is not porta potty, it is flushing toilet. On each side of the toilet is very heavy curtain. You can either close both and make it private toilet or close the front one an make it maser suite. 
The seating and sleeping situation is unique in this class. It is designed to sleep people. Now we all know that big people would be cramped. would say two can sleep above the driver seats, two can sleep on the couch bed and two can sleep on the rear booth. With persons over 6'4 or over 250 you may want to sleep on above All of the beds work good and are clean. had all cushions upholstery and carpet professionally steam cleaned last week. There is pedestal table that mounts in the floor in front of the couch and one in the rear between the seats.  All of the fabrics are clean and have no odors. The coach has not been smoked in and has no odors. 
All of the plumbing systems work and are not leaking at all. In short it is very good RV and have worked hard to make sure it is ready for you to hit the road. trust this coach to travel any distance. It will get 15 mpg and it can get better.
