selling due to health. low mileage 31,000. 24 foot bumper to bumper Coachman class self contained motor home. Ford Triton 10 with automatic, well maintained good gas mileage 16 mpg no leaks no surprises. Everything on the camper works, both the cab and the camper, heat, air, water, electric, everything. All matching tires with very few miles on them. Onan generator works great with only 85 hours of run time on it. comes with all original owners manual and complete paperwork on everything. Everything works like new vehicle. Condition mechanically is absolutely perfect and inside is like new and smoke free. Tires are brand new, fresh oil change and tune up.
