This is nice and clean trailer to have if you like camping out or need extra space when you have family over.  Will sleep up to 4- people, back bedroom sleep 2  and sleep up front in living.  It has eating table in front of big window that can be remove if needed.  It has electric outlets in each area of the trailer. It has the air condition on top but may need to be repair or replace. We pull all the carpet up from floor.  Has kitchen cabinet, gas stove that may need repair or replace with countertop, Has bathroom that will need some handy work. This deal want last long.
