1997 Dutchmen Travel Trailer  28 FT bought it from an estate sale few months ago for $1250. The frame itselfis worth at least $1500 and can be used to build your own trailer.

I started to work on it but don't have enough time. Just trying to recoup my investment.

Bedroom is ok comes with cabinets. Toilet Shower ok but needs cleaning. Needs new kitchen and and seating area. replaced floor with new plywood. am selling it "as-is no warranty"
Propane tanks included.

Roof doesn"t leak. Window AC unit recommended.
