1995 Mallard by Fleetwood 22 ft Travel Trailer. Model 22B. Very clean and well kept. Previous owner fixed leak in roof. We have had no issues with leaks for 10 years.  The air conditioner and refrigerator are not working properly. The air conditioner is turning on but not cooling. The refrigerator is not cooling.  I remember that both appliances worked great but we just haven’t used them in while. The travel trailer was used on rare occasions to accommodate family and friends during holidays.
