I have my 1995 Cobra Monterey (Ford)  up for auction.  There's plenty of plus's with this rig.  Here's the breakdown:
- In Dash DVD, GPS, CD, player with bluetooth ($400)- Flat screen TV's (One is smart TV) ($900)- 2- 60 mile digital antenna ($60 each $120)- DVD Players for both TV's One Has aps on it ($140)- Brand New Tires 1-1/2 years go (2 last year) ($900)- Brand New Brakes and Master Cylinder done last month ($1100)- Stove, Range, Microwave, Refrigerator, Ect.- Shower, toilet, all work fine- Water heater works fine- Hydraulic self levelers- LP Furnace works great- A/C Air conditioners work great- Brand New Marine Batteries months ago. ($240)- Has older carpet but it's in great shape- Queen size (or full size) bed- Curtains and rods included- 454 gas ford engine.  Lots of pep.  I travel 70 mph all the time in it.  - items wrong: electric step gets stuck sometimes and you have to assist it up. Heater control cable came off the motor.  Just needs to be clamped back on with proper fitting (i have it zip tied right now and it works fine)  Ladder on the back is broken.  Never bothered me because don't use it.  I was thinking about just taking it off or replacing it. has the Kohler confident generator but has recently had issues starting.  Not sure why.  I never took it in.  A friend that has an RV similar to this says he thinks it's the belt going from the motor to the generator.  I haven't looked into it. 
Besides all that, we have taken this across the country, on weekend trips around the mid-west lot.  I would drive this across the country today without having worry.  Everything works except for the flaws pointed out.  The only reason am selling this is to pay for my $20,000 concrete driveway I'm having started on next week.  I will purchase another within year I'm sure.  It will be hard to live without it.  But this summer is summer of getting my house finished rather than traveling around in the RV.  We used it lot for youth wrestling, volleyball, baseball, and softball games.  Made the trips lot more fun for the kids rather than just driving there in car and back.  I could go on and on about the uses for this. As type, I'm actually having second thought on selling it.  But it's the best decision at the moment.  Our driveway is pictured and it gets messy when it rains.
