This is very nice 1994 Fleetwood Pace Arrow with Chevy 454. This 30-footer is on the short side for Class A, but just what many people are looking for. We do not have the exact miles because the odometer recently stopped working, but we are guessing about 60K miles. The speedometer works fine, This is nicely kept and well-maintained Pace Arrow and it is ready for lucky new owner. It's clean, no leaks, odors, smoking, pets, or expsure to floods. It has new Onan Emerald 4K generator and six new tires, rear twin beds, in-motion tv antennae (watch tv on the road), two roof a/cs, and solar panels on the roof. The roof airs blow cold, but dash air is not cold. Very nice quality Corion countertops. The Pace Arrow was Fleetwood's premiere gas coach, and the '94 is classic in my opinion...one of my all-time favorite gas coaches for its styling, comfortable layout, quality of materials, and general ambience. sold 1994 Pace Arrow on Ebay in 2007 for $25,000. Of course the prices have come down since then, but remember how pleased the family of four who purchased the vehicle was. It's very "homey" home on wheels, and this one is very nice example.
