This is very unique fifth wheel travel trailer/camper/rv for sale. The body of the trailer is 28" 1992 Fleetwood Wilderness. The body is still solid and in good condition for it's age. The inside has just been remodeled this winter to try and take away the "RV" feeling that most RV's have. The bed in it is queen size Serta-quality mattress. Very comfortable and nice comforter set. Does have slide out. Comes with everything in the pictures including the new tables and chairs and wall hangings. Most of the wall hangings are screwed in so you do not need to worry about them when traveling. Everything works on the trailer. Comes with BRAND NEW Duralast Deep Cycle battery. The cabinets are of superb quality with great paint job. Has shower inside as well as one that is covered up on the outside. new double-coated rubber roof was applied last year and the seals on the outside were just inspected and stripped/replaced month ago using Proflex RV Sealant. The inside is immaculate. Awning is in good condition. Have original manuals of everything in the trailer. The exterior is not by any means perfect, but as said in the beginning, good for it's age. All lights work and have clean Kansas title on it.It weighs around 7300 lbs and requires fifth wheel hitch and 6-way light hookup to tow.Asking $12,800.
UPDATE: I do also have truck that is READY TO TOW this fifth wheel that would consider selling with the trailer or trading in deal for smaller truck. 2001 Chevy Silverado 3500 with 112,000 miles. 8.1L gas dual rear wheels, again, completely set up to haul fifth wheel like that. 14,000 lb tow capacity. $9500 KBB value.
