Hello, listing my 1990 Newell coach. She is 40ft tag axle coach. When it was purchased it had price tag of 490k. Currently located outside of Silverthorne

At this time do not have more photos, think. Alot where lost on my other phone.

It has diesel Detroit 8v92ta 500hp motor with an automatic allision ht740transmission. Currently 162k approx for mileage. She drives great an shifts tight. Super strong an gets up an go's. Loveland pass was breeze with boost hitting 25+psi when allowed. approx 280 gal Diesel fuel holding capacity. tanks, main 200 gal then an auxiliary 80 gal.

In the last 2years, 5000miles, she has had every belt, fluid, filter has been replaced on the motor and transmission. fuel filters, aircleaner, any hose or any clamp that seemed aged or worn was replaced. Any hose rub points where cushioned with old hose to prevent wear. Waterpump replaced. Every temp sensor on the motor, coolant thermostats. Updated DDEC motor computer. Silverleaf VMSPC electronic monitoring system installed so you can monitor motor an error logging diagnostics via tablet at the drivers wheel.

New front tires. Rear are in excellent shape.

New oversized motor radiator for extra cooling. new radiator hoses an clamps

The brakes where gone over professionally an replaced pads drums an any other brake related hardware/ air lines/ fittings that needed attention. Chasis lubed. Steering gone thru tightened lubed an few small hardware replaced.

The generator is Diesel Kohler 12k watt cylinder yanmar with approx 3800hrs. every fluid an filter replaced. exhaust partially replaced. Currently the air cooled blower fan needs to be replaced due to squeaky bearing. have brand new blower fan with electric motor ready to be installed if and when get the time.

It has separate Ac's that keep her cool.
Electric an propane heat. Huge propane tank.
Fridge/freezer combo was replaced about years ago.

Holds TON of water, some where around 160 gal believe. Sewage is 120gal or so. greywater bypass to for open dumping if allowed.

She has few dings an dents here or there. The awning is missing support bar when it folds out. Came dislodged during windstorm an was lost.

only thing it may need this year is batteries, or have the batteries refreshed.

The rv is 27years old but shows well. Pretty much everything works an things are solid and or have not been "jerry rigged".

If you do not like the front mustache it could be removed within few hours of time without hurting the under paint.

Other then the batteries possibly need replacing soon, she is ready to go across country!!  There is local place with batteries on hand.Bus is Located outside Silverthorne Colorado.
