1990 Southwind by Fleetwood Class 34' Motorhome P30 Chevrolet chassis 454 engine with lots of newer upgrades. This motorhome was purchased fall 2017 from individual here on ebay, we flew from upstate NY to grand rapids MI picked it up and drove it home with zero issues. Over the next months replaced all tires, fuel filter, air filter, spark plugs, coil, cap, rotor, egr valve, pcv valve, throttle body base gaskets (yes there are 2), exhaust donuts, wiper blades, windshied washer bottle with pump, air horns, and left side exhaust manifold. been in the automotive repair industry for 29 years 13 at GM dealer so know what these were prone to for repairs. also have new in boxes spare parts for on the road breakdowns that include complete distributor, spark plug wires, fuel pump, pump sock, sending unit cam seal am sure there might be couple other things to. didn't care for the stock headlight bulbs so upgraded to LED bulbs and wow huge difference. On the inside removed the old boat anchor small tv that was in the middle of the dash, made nice little panel to cover the hole and installed lighted rocker switch panel with volt meter, and winegard sensarpro tv amplifier (this helped allot) and new antenna. Installed 24" LED tv on swivel mount in the upper middle front end, and 32" LED tv also on swivel mount in the bedroom. The original kitchen table was replaced before we got this and we didnt care for what was installed so we removed it to make more room for the dog bed. There is also rear camera system, cd/radio, and the old school CB. Both front captains chairs are really comfy with armrests on both sides and they can do full swivel when parked. The on board  generator is Onan 6500 runs beautiful with fresh oil/filter last fall. It has 30amp electrical hookup. There are a/c units both work great. Fridge is gas or electric and just had new control board installed, stove/ oven work, microwave works, furnace works, and hot water heater works. The propane take is full no leaks, propane detector works. Unbelievable storage space inside and outside. Have complete sets of keys every lock works.  New wheel chocks, sewage waste hoses, and fresh water hose. The only reason we are selling is my wife has bad back and cant get comfy. There are no known issues with this vehicle would hop in it today and drive it to CA with no worries. Please keep in mind this is 1990 its not perfect but its very nice for 29 year old vehicle, the past owners took really good care of it have all the factory paperwork and receipts for stuff done over the years. almost forgot there are no leaks inside, and there are awnings on the vehicle right side. The dash A/C is not operational it was like this when we bought this, was going to retrofit it this year but dont have the time with all the dr apts, we just used the roof ac when we were on the road if needed. will also throw in OTC 4000 scan tool just in case you get check engine light.
