1981 airstream excella diesel motorhome, NO ENGINE. Condition is Used. Below is brief (known) history of this airstream: we purchased this from an elderly woman who found it in barn in the middle of Florida and had it towed to Sarasota, Fl. It sat untouched for 5+ years and at that time all of the interior systems were working. The interior has since been refinished with the intention of renting it as an airbnb, including new flooring and fixtures. We have mechanic coming out to give us an estimate on what would be needed to get the unit up and running and will post his recommendations shortly. For those of you who know, this is an extremely rare unit and when running retails for well over $40k. The body is in great shape, minus one small dent in the rear (pictured) and has been stripped of it's plastic coating. We do have the front grill and will have it reattached after the mechanic comes out.

Please note that the staging items, including the tv and microwave, are not included in the sale of the Airstream. The mechanic stated that the Airstream takes an Izuzu engine but believes it may be able to be rebuilt using the cylinder head that came with it. He is going out again today to look at it and will post an update after.
