Bought this 1978 Airstream Argosy up in Pennsylvania for $7300 in 2014, brought it back to Kentucky and put about $3000 into it. $1000 worth of new tires that have less than 2000 miles on them, new high power roof fan, new water heater, new brakes all the way around, new spark plugs, new batteries, new fuel inlet hose, had the propane system fixed, and renovated the interior. I'm probably forgetting few things, but have receipts and service records for everything. We drove it down the East coast and lived in it for 11 months. Aside from the dashboard heat and air (which didn't work when we bought it, and never attempted to fix it), everything worked when we parked it, but haven't recently tested any of the systems, as it's been parked in an offsite storage facility for couple of years now. thought about giving it paint job, but think I'm just ready to let it become someone else's dream. I've got over $10,000 in this RV. Starting bid is $5000. hope you enjoy it as much as we did. Also, the 4000 watt Onan generator runs like champ, the rooftop AC unit is really really cold, and the engine is strong Chevy 454.
