This is nice trailer that needs some TLC as its been sitting for 10+ years since last used.  Water tight and the floor seams solid.  Its dated and needs to be updated as the only thing that have done is to put new tires on it.  Great to redo as project or fix up and use as it is.  Clear title and the trailer is located outside of Houston, TX if you want to view it.  have lot more photos if you want to see more.  have all the original manual's that go with this trailer.
