Convertible camper/food trailer. Started out as very rare and impossible to find 1969 Coachmen Middy vintage camper that has been professionally converted to food trailer/camper hybrid. All original windows plus new serving window. Aftermarket door with sliding window and screen.  We had the (valuable) original diamond-patterned aluminum skin reinstalled, so it's little rough around the edges but it retained that vintage look. Over $30,000 invested including hiring professional graphic designer/marketer to design logo and brand which will convey as will URL www.tincantreats.com took down the website for now so could save the hosting fees). New owner can re-launch and turn into whatever you want! We made the business name generic so we could sell anything delicious ;) Also includes TinCan Treats aprons! can also get you booked at the Vintage Market Days festival coming up in November in Atlanta (We have done this festival for past three years in both the spring and fall. Gross sales have been $3500 for the weekends for that festival alone.

Real eye-catcher and incredible money-maker. People buy ice cream and popcorn then take selfie in front of the trailer so it's like free marketing. We did private parties and festivals, but new job leaves me with no time to continue. Trailer conveys with over $5000 worth of equipment including commercial popcorn machine, commercial countertop display freezer, chest freezer, hot water hand sink, nacho chip warmer (used by us as additional popcorn warmer), stainless steel commercial prep tables, auxillary electric breaker box, built-in breaker box with 20amp and 15 amp circuits, portable air conditioner/heater and storage bins. We only ever did festivals which supplied power, but there is plenty of room on the tongue for generator if desired. Box measures 9.5long 7feet wide at the base and 15 feet from loft to tongue.  It's about feet tall. 18 working marker lights.  Incredibly adorable.

We use as camper too in addition to the mobile ice cream business. We designed and selected the equipment so it all breaks down and can be quickly removed to convert the trailer easily to camper in the off season.   Picture is with standard queen bed mattress inside and there is sleeping loft where another single mattress can go to sleep three total. Leave the hot water sink and air conditioner inside and you are no longer roughing it. Also includes brand new 9x6 awning (blue and white---you can see in picture behind the bed). Mattresses not included, but will include the bed platform for the queen.  Very solid. Tows like dream and light enough to move around by hand with two people.
