We are putting up for auction our 1965 Oasis travel trailer. This is an original Arizona trailer, and we bought it from the original owner family. She measures 13' for the main cabin, and 15' overall when including the overhead bunk. When we got her about 1/2 years ago, we immediately coated the roof with elastomeric rubberized coating, coats. Replaced both vents, which had minimal signs of leakage. One vent is Fantastic fan. We repainted the entire trailer. Removed every window and re-butyled, then caulked with high-grade caulking. Every J-rail was removed and resealed with the proper materials. This trailer is water tight, zero leaks. Will last another decade. We removed the old ice box and replaced with new Haier fridge. Fridge runs on 110 electric only. Propane stove and oven work perfectly, and all original. Mounted new air conditioner in one of the windows. Original large brass and glass 110 lights. We added 12-volt lights throughout. This trailer connects to shore power via 30 amp power cord (new). There was never an inverter on this trailer, so the battery charger recharges the coach battery (1 year old) only when plugged in. When boondocking, the 12 volt lights, and water pump run off the coach battery. The stove, oven, and propane light run off the 20 pound propane tanks (included). Very easy to hit convenience store to exchange tanks! The original trailer brakes were disconnected when we bought her, and we never had them reconnected. Never really needed them. We pull her with 2002 Mercedes ML320, with 6-cylinder, and she rides and stops just fine. would estimate the dry weight to be around 2500 pounds. She has 4-pin connector for trailer lights, which work perfectly. There is no charging via the car's battery. Again, the only way to charge the coach battery is by shore power. Then, the battery charger automatically charges the coach battery. Propane light works perfectly. Brand new memory foam in upper bunk, just installed this week. Rear gaucho makes into bed for 2. Overhead bunk can sleep 2. Dinette opens to bed for adult, or kids. We made the new dinette table ourselves, made from an old oak table. Huge amounts of storage in her. No rust on the underside of the coach. Trailer jacks, hoses, etc...included. Side running lights are disconnected. New wheels and tires when we got her. Wheel bearings replaced and packed. New Reese 5,000 pound tongue jack. New tongue lock. New woodgrained vinyl flooring. Water tank with 12-volt pump works perfectly. No city water connection. Must fill water tank each time. Comes with portable rolling grey water tank. No bathroom. Newer portable toilet included. Bedding not included. Shown curtains are included. Very low reserve. We are only selling because we're getting older now, and need bathroom. $500 PayPal deposit required at close of auction, within 48 hours. We will not ship. Buyer responsible for pick-up. We reserve the right to sell by other local means, however, once reserve is met, it goes to the highest bidder. Thanks for looking, you won't be disappointed in this trailer!
