1964 Shasta 16-SCVintage Camper Trailer with clear WI title. Almost all originalincluding front cushions, table, lights, wings, etc... Perfect for campingor spare guesthouse. This great summer project. Known as "Canned Ham"I will postadditional photos this week. Please contact me for any specific details orpictures you require. Details BelowEXTERIOR:Mostly original.Exterior paint has been stripped off, however the side graphic line is stillclearly visible. There as some small dings and dents which are visible inphotos from front. The dark marks that are noticeable in photos are from bungee cords rubs when tarp was covering camper years ago.Has the originalwings in great shape. Have visors abovewindows and additional spare exterior lightsOriginal aluminumvent and screenNew tongue and 2” hitchprofessionally installed and welded. Does have the original jack wheel, but its separated and will need to be rebuilt with new bearings etc. use floor jack to move it. Tires have goodtread, but there is some small cracking on sidewalls. Includes cool hubcaps andthe grooved SS trim rings.I have largeportable waste container on wheels that has never been used and is included inthe auction and hardside spare tire cover from minivan that is included with the sale.(4) Perfectaluminum camper jacks and some additional steel ones plus bag of plastic levelershims.NOTE: have new “Marti”awning that’s never been used, along with some Cabela adjustable poles. This isNOT included in the auction, but can be purchase separately.Trailer has theelectric brakes, but never hooked them up. INTERIOR:Original interior lighting,cabinets, and counters. Even has the original ironing board and mirror on thecloset door.Has the originalstove and oven in great condition.Nice refrigerator (Ithink its original). Includes small microwave too.Original sink andfaucet.The original flooring is there in some areas, but covered everything in tan carpet.There is watertank under front cushion and waste water tank under trailer. Original outside water spigot for filling. Original toilet inbathroom. Rear bed slides upand cushions fold up to form couch. Front table and cushions fold up to makea bed as well.I have never usedthe refrigerator, stove, heater, or sink. So they will need to be checked overbefore using.  All the lights do work.Note: Like mostvintage Shasta campers, there is some water damage by the roof vent, rearwindow, side windows, and behind the cabinets. There is soft spot on the floor by theentrance. You can get prefinished birch to replace all interior wood or justpanels and stain. There is ton of information and restoration tips for thesecampers on-line. have CD and paperwork that has copies of all the manuals forthe camper and another CD full of similar campers restored.  Camper is advertisedlocally so may end auction early. Note that the Shasta Camper is sold “as is” require $500paypal down payment within 24hrs of auction end.  Cash is required on pick-up. Please be aware thecamper is not perfect as there is some bumps, dents, and water damage but thisis great candidate for fairly easy restoration and be fun to display at carshows, vintage trailer rally’s, etc…
