H-24 AVION AIRSTREAM Travel Trailer

DESCRIPTION:
Interior:-refrigerator: 'NORCOLD' model 626 gas/electric.  Serial No: 626EG25398.  As photos indicate, this refigerator is clean.-stove: 'PRINCESS' 4 burner gas stove.  Harper All-Temp oven.  As photos indicate, this stove and oven are clean.-furnace: 'COLEMAN' LP gas.  Model 3022.  12,600 BTU's.  Untested, but wiring and controls appear undisturbed and in-tact (see photos).-light fixtures: The fixtures in this trailer are original.  The light fixture in the bathroom is the only one that does not appear functional.-electrical: This camper has Wadsworth 30A power box that uses plug fuses.  It is untested because do not have a power adapter to fit the 3-prong connector mounted on the side of the trailer.  I have tried to get one but have been told the prong pattern is unusual (the hook of the 'L' prong is on left, rather than right side (I can send photo upon request).  The fuses in the box are good.  The wiring in the power box looks clean and in-tact.-sink: This sink appears original and as photos indicate, it is clean.  It includes protective covers that match the counter top (see photos). -shower: The shower basin appears original and in-tact.-toilet: In the bathroom, the toilet (which is not included) sits on raised platform.-Plumbing: untested.  The water tank is located, and accessed, underneath the sofa.  A plunger is mounted on the exterior side for water pressure.  Some of the pipes under the sink and in the bathroom have been disconnected.-range hood and stove vent: Both made by 'STRAWSINE'.  Hood and vent are clean but untested because do have the right power adapter for this trailer.-cabinets and interior doors: The interior doors and cabinets in this trailer are original.  They are clean, solid, and  in good condition (except for some warping to the very bottom of, and around the closet doors).  All of the cabinet latches are original and functional (some of the tiny plastic latch knobs are cracked).-flooring: Tile throughout.  Tiles appears to be original.  Some are loose.  Walking around, the floor in this camper feels solid throughout.  The only exception is an area along the back wall of the bathroom between the toilet and shower (shown in the photos).  This appears to have been caused by an interior plumbing leak (as opposed to exterior leak).-beds: There are bed platforms between the kitchen and bathroom.  Including the living room sofa, this camper sleeps 5.  -sofa: The cushions feel fine.  The fabric appears to be original.  The zipper on the bottom of the top cushion needs to be re-sewn, otherwise, this sofa looks good and feels fine.-storage: This camper has lots of storage, including large compartments under, behind, and above the sofa, 2 closets in the hallway, and the entire area under both beds is storage---accessed from wooden doors inside, and locking aluminum panel doors outside.  There are storage compartments in every room.
please note:-The furnace and appliances appear clean, but cannot test them because do not have compatible power adapter.-The ceiling vent in the bathroom does not appear to be functional. -The last photo shows some pieces of original hardware that are included with this trailer, including one of the 2 skylight screens (the other is in place), and track from one of the crank windows.

EXTERIOR:-exterior door: Solid and in good original condition.  Part of the outside handle has broken off, but have the piece.  The original deadlock is smooth and functional.  The retractable step under the trailer's entry door is functional.-screen door: Original, functional, and in-tact.-windows: All windows have the original hardware and are functional except one, but the pieces are here.  3 small pieces of glass need to be replaced (one is cracked, the other two are wood).   The storms are all present.  of them need need to be screened.-trailer wiring: The trailer is wired.  The rear lights work for towing.  There are teardrop lenses on all sides of the trailer.  They are all in-tact and the bulbs appear clean.    -tires: both tires on this trailer are new.-spare tire mount: yes-spare tire: no-tongue, crank, and ball mount hitch are solid and work good.  This trailer pulls easy and smooth.-gas tanks: holds LP tanks (not included).  The LP tank cover (seen in the photos) is stainless and can be locked. -aluminum exterior:  There is some light denting on the rear of the camper which is visible in the photos. The exterior is in good condition.  This camper has seen many storms.  It does not leak.  -Undercarriage: Smooth and in-tact except for the front corners.  Photos include crack under the front corner (apx. 20"), and dent under the front corner (apx. 10").  would just seal it with silicone, but will let the new owner do this.  I have included photo of these areas.  There is another photo showing the good integrity of the rest of the underside.
-Camper weight is less than 3000 lbs.-This camper had been recently used as hunting shack. -It is clean, but there is no title.  Buyer will be provided with bill of sale.-Buyer to arrange pick-up.  (I would be willing to consider delivering the trailer .50/mile, but the details must be discussed, mutually agreed, and pre- arranged before purchase).-reserve is 2500.
