am selling this beautiful little trailer for friend of mine. It's 1960 Oasis 15 foot single axle travel trailer made in Bellflower Ca by Donhal Inc.This little gem has been restored nicely. It is mostly original except for the upholstery and the exterior paint. It sleeps with two double beds and one drop down bunk. The stove, oven and icebox are all in good working condition. The floor and interior walls appear to be in good shape. The roof has developed leak in one spot right above the sink that hasn't been repaired. It has caused small area of water damage on the ceiling about or 4" in diameter (see photos). It has permanent CA plates which equals very minimal registration fees. It also has clean California title. It has two new and great looking awnings. The tires are weather cracked on the sidewalls but have good tread. don't know if the wheel bearings have been repacked recently. It comes with spare tire. The tongue hitch receiver fits 7/8" ball. There is gray water tank. It has no fresh water tank. Everything works great on this trailer. It is almost ready to take camping. However, the roof does need attention. The trailer is located in Bakersfield, CA 93305. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of winning the bid. Full payment is due within days.
