1951 spartanette very good shape for age. Needs tires too pull behind your vehicle. All original woodwork (some water damage but not bad) very refinishable(if that's word) Shell in very good shape and all original interior fixtures and hinges. Solid floor. doors. Separate living and bedroom area. Water heater and mirrors intact. set of upper cabinets are the worst part of this beauty in the 'semi ruff' Could easily be redone into 15-20k trailer.
