Hello and welcome to the sale of my Winnebago Elante RQ37 Motorhome RV.Due to work commitments have decided to sell my much loved Motorhome. Here are some of the main details which hope will be useful to paint picture of this lovely vehicle.Length: 37' 5"Height: 10'Interior height: 6' 5"Exterior width: 7' 11"Interior width: 7' 7"This particular vehicle was built in the USA in 1992 and was shipped over to the UK from new where she appeared at the London Earls Court Motor Caravan show. She was displayed and subsequently sold from new by Brownhills of Newark and newsletter showing the vehicle with registration visible is also included as it is part of her identity. The newsletter was written after the purchaser had owned her for year and details the travels around Europe made in her.
Powered by Chevrolet 454 Big block V8 motor (7.4 litre) and built on Chevrolet chassis believed to be the modified P30 she has air suspension with self proportioning system on Tag axle to maintain traction on main drive axle when driving over ramps etc. she has loads of storage with lovely Oak cabinets throughout the interior and 44 square feet of exterior side locker storage with the additional roof rack and 3000lb capacity tow hitch.Inside is mostly original and features separate bedroom fitted with Oak cabinets, privacy blinds, built in radio, 12v television, Queen sized island bed, and central heating with dressing room through the next door with built in double wardrobe, drawers, wash hand basin, Full size shower and flushing wc.Through the sliding doors again into the kitchen and dining area where there is large work surface with covered double sink, original microwave, coffee maker, gas oven, gas hob and Norcold large fridge freezer. Unfortunately the fridge freezer has developed fault and is no longer working and am currently using small 12v/240v cooler which is adequate for my needs. there is also good quality toaster and kettle as per the pictures which will be included. There are wall cupboards above the worktop and also cupboards and drawers below for storage. The diner opposite has storage under the seats and also drops down to make Small double bed.The main living area is accessed through the side door with its own electric step which operates when the door opens and closes. There is seater sofa which converts into another small double bed and a tub chair opposite which pulls out on runners and swivels to give maximum comfort. The sofa is fitted with seat belts for travelling (lap belts) which drop down out of the way when not in use.The living area has its own gas central heating system (blown hot air) which is independent of the other system fitted in the bedroom. There is 40" television with new DVD player in the living area which is connected to surround sound speaker system which sounds fantastic. This is powered by the onboard 7kva Kohler generator and can also be run from the deep cycle leisure batteries (2 of which were replaced last year) or by the 240v shore power hookup. There is large onboard Fresh water tank, grey water tanks, black water tank and 100litre LPG tank to run the heating and cooker etc. The generator runs off the Petrol fuel tank but has safety device (reserve) so it cannot drain the main fuel tank. This is to allow the vehicle enough fuel to get to filling station to fill up.I have class LGV drivers licence but the previous owner drove it without any problems with just the older car (up to 7.5ton) licence. The vehicle GVWR is 8,165kg / 18,000lb. However, it currently weighs in at 7,150kg Gross. The previous owner just ensured he never exceeded 7.5t as he was told by salesman where he purchased her from that he DID NOT require class LGV licence but cannot confirm this. Maybe phone call to the DVLA or VOSA would clear up any confusion on this matter. The tyres were all recently replaced and are in great condition and there is spare wheel with new tyre under the vehicle and also have another new tyre which will be included in the sale. There is an external shower, water heater, Hydraulic levelling jacks, remote search light on roof, air horns, LED dimmable colour changing mood lighting, movie projector, folding chairs, huge side awning, telephone, sony 10 disc changer, modern cd player fitted in cab with aux in (original cassette player present) high powered reversing lamps fitted behind rear wheels to locate kerb, reversing camera, leather front swivel seats (drivers seat base has tear to leather but doesn't affect operation), electric windows in front, electric mirrors, driver and passenger entry doors, air conditioning, fly screens fitted to all opening windows, emergency exit in bedroom, fire extinguisher, 12v, 120v 240v sockets, upholstered ceilings, storage, stainless steel wheel liners x6, tinted glass, large folder from Winnebago with instruction manuals and model specific handbook showing how to operate all the on board systems. She has valid MOT until December 2017 and had full engine and gearbox service last year. drove this vehicle from Nottingham to her current location in Stornoway, in the Western Isles of Scotland with no issues and she drove superb. Very easy to drive with none of the usual large RV zig-zagging in the lanes. She does have 12 1/2ft tail swing but with bit of caution and forward planning this is not an issue. She would make lovely full time home or just enjoy going places as and when you decide and she always ensures smile wherever she goes.
There are some cracks to the windscreen but they are old and have passed the previous MOT's without mention as they are outwith the line of the wipers. they are not likely to spread either as they are ending back at the sides. have the V5C registration document in my name and there is no finance outstanding on her.Delivery by myself to UK mainland may be possible but please discuss this first. the ferry is approximately £360 from Stornoway to Ullapool and she does on average 10mpg. Delivery charges will be extra. The price is £11,000 GBP  and does not include delivery.I will try and answer any questions you may have and can be contacted on the following number however, may be unable to answer when at work so will get back to you asap or send message. Please do not leave voicemails as do not get chance to go through them all.I had this advertised elsewhere and was unable to reply to many potential buyers so if you were one of them my contact number is below.John 07825338331No overseas buyers please unless you contact me first to agree. Many thanks for looking at my advert and hope she finds good home soon.
