Welcome to my listing for my vw t4 transporter camper van. It has 2.4 diesel engine that pulls exceptionally well and has no known mechanical issues. Mileage is 270,000 which is about average for these Van's and you would never know it if you drove it. Mot until 20th September this year so months currently remaining. It is fully kitted out camper the only thing that lets her down really is the body work could do with little TLC and she is showing signs of her age but she is by no means rust bucket and is still quite presentable.

Interior

As stated above she is fully kitted out camper and being lwb she has that extra bit of room which is definitely needed. The units are in pretty good condition minus few Mark's and have lot of cupboards for storage. The van has full 12v leisure setup and also 240v setup so can be used for wild camping or can be hooked up on site if required. She has waeco cr50 fridge which is one of the best fridges currently available for campers. Being compressor fridge it has very low power consumption so will run for days or more just on the leisure setup. Theres also smev 9222 sink and twin hob cooker. Also if your into bit of winter camping theres and eberspacher diesel night heater installed which heats the van up very well. Theres table which is removable and can be adjust up and down the van depending on your requirements. The rock and roll bed is more than adequate for adults but does not have any seat belts. The front double seat not only folds but can also swivels around to face the rear of the camper. Theres full set of vanx curtains for the rear and both side windows to keep it private when camping. It's also equipped with an alpine bluetooth stereo that links to your phone. Also equipped with toad alarm for extra security.
Exterior
The exterior is not in fantastic condition as previously stated but it is presentable. All four arches will require some work to bring them back up to good standard. Theres few other minor areas here and there of surface rust and dent in the rear tailgate. Theres various other scratches Mark's etc as expected with age. Could also do with polish as paint is little tired. chrome side bars fitted and upgraded led rear tail lights.

Mechanical

There engine is absolutely brilliant and sounds very good indeed. For 2.4D engine she pulls incredibly well. There are no mechanical issues what so ever with the engine that am aware of. The timing belt was replaced at 245,000 miles also had crank pulley and number of other work including ball joints etc done the same time for which have the receipt. Clutch was replaced about years ago along with 5th gear at the same time. There is an issue with the instrument cluster/clocks. They work intermittently fuel/temp gauge etc. One minute they work fine the next they are off. They suffer from dried up solder joints from what have read. They can be repaired or you can pick up set.of secondhand ones around £50.

Summary

Overall she is fantastic little camper that is ready to use for the summer and enjoy. have been as honest and accurate as can in my description but would encourage viewing. The vehicle will be sold on sold as seen basis with no warranty given or implied. Please no time wasters or dreamers know the value of the van and what they go for and this van is very well equipped camper.
